Ocean-going Boat Rentals:

Yakutat Rentals LLC
Yakutat Rentals LLC has a 16 foot Alumaweld bay boat with a 60 horse Yamaha outboard and an enclosed cabin. Not a big boat, but could comfortably keep 4 guys warm and dry for a day of trolling, or jigging for halibut.

Price? $300 per day WET and includes the trolling rods. That's a heck of a deal for something like this in Yakutat.

Leonard's Landing Lodge
Leonard's rents small 16' Lund skiffs with 25hp outboards.  Leonard's also has sea-kayaks by the hour,  or by the day for rent.  Conveniently located directly on the bay with their own private dock,  Leonard's is a great option for adding in a saltwater trip on a budget.  (907)784-3245  www.leonardslanding.com

Drift Boat Rentals:

Leonard's Landing Lodge

Yakutat Lodge
Yakutat Lodge primarily rents driftboats to their own lodge clients,  but also rent to "the public" when available.  Yakutat Lodge is the largest service provider in Yakutat and therefore have the largest fleet of boats (as well as guide days) in town.  Whe the winter snows kept the roads closed three weeks into April in 2012,  Yakutat Lodge was the only service provider able to snowmachine boats and people into the river.  In a pinch,  Yakutat Lodge is the heartbeat of Yakutat fishing.  (907)784-3232 www.yakutatlodge.com

Glacier Bear Lodge
Glacier Bear has a fleet of drift boats and Jon boats.  They are available WITH SHUTTLE SERVICE primarily to lodge guests,  but sometimes can be booked to the general public as well.  No motors available.  (907)784-3202 www.glacierbearlodge.com

Leo's Vehicles
In addition to rental cars,  Leo has fiberglass drift boats available and can INCLUDE a SHUTTLE SERVICE.  (907)784-3909

There are other driftboat options in town associated with the smaller bed and breakfasts.  I know Red Roof includes a driftboat with a room rental and Blue Heron has boats available for their client use.

Economy Auto Leasing

Leo's Vehicles
